Management of iNCO Sp. z o.o.

Ewa Gula has been Managing Director of Inco Sp. z o.o. since October 2008. Prior to that, she had held various management roles in the company since 2003, including in the departments of Data Entry, Quality Management and Patent Publications. In 2005, she introduced the first scanning project – the design patent register for the German Patent and Trademark Office – at Inco as project manager. Gula studied at the vocational college in Gorzów Wlkp. European Administration and Human Resources at the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Economics and Management.

Wojciech Kowalczyk joined the Inco team as Managing Director on January 1, 2025. He, has nearly 30 years of experience in technology and business management, gained both in global corporations and start-ups. He, holds an Executive MBA and a postgraduate degree in fleet management. He, has worked in the USA, Norway, and South Africa, gaining international experience. At Kongsberg, he led strategic projects in service, shared services, and software development. Before joining Inco, he was an AI-Manager at an EdTech start-up. He, values the synergy between technology and people, believing it to be the foundation of every organization's success.
