That is why our integrated management system undergoes regular certification and further development, thereby proving the quality of our solutions (integrated management system for information security and quality). Clearly defined and certified processes, specifications and documentation ensure that customers can put their trust in us.

ISO 9001: Quality is a Must
The issue of quality is closely linked to security. That is why the integrated management system of Inco Sp. z o.o. has had ISO 9001 certification since 2007. The upshot of this is that our employees are not only highly trained, but also assigned a clear area of responsibility. Interrelated processes are systematically analysed to enable us to control them better.

ISO 27001: Security for Data and Information
An information security management system (ISMS) guarantees the application of international security standards and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure. It provides our employees with clear rules (of conduct) to ensure that sensitive data and information – as well as processes – receive optimal protection. We are continuously developing our ISMS based on the standard.

ISO 18295: Certified Call Centre for Satisfied Customers
Another core element of our solution portfolio is our call centre. We attach great importance to the quality of our service. The ISO 18295 certificate confirms this fact for our call centre, which we have been operating since 2017, and demonstrates our international standard for professional customer dialogue. We have a proven track record of providing a high level of customer satisfaction and high-quality services.
